Science Calss Week 6
This week in science we expanded on our focus of motion. This wee we started drawing graphs and dot diagrams. One experiment we did was, we had an electric car and the car moved and we marked where it was for every second that passed by. We took our data and put it on tables and graphs. We saw that the car pretty much stayed the same speed the whole way through. If we let the car keep going we would have seen the car slowing down but the battery could not ware down so fast that we could see it over 3 feet of space. After that we did more on motion and took graphs and saw how they moved and we had to make a guess as to what the thing was doing. We also made graphs showing how it would look if you were going and slowly came to a stoplight, to speed up, to slow down, and to continue going at the same speed. That is what we mainly did this week in science.
